This rare patent pending Regal Custom Built soprano ukulele was made Lyon and Healy in the late 1920's. This was one of Regals top of the line model, it is very well built being double bound and made out of a combination of woods and grains. The top is made out of mahogany, the sids are made out of flamed mahogany and the back is made out of Hawaiian Koa. It has a traditional Lyon and Healy mustache pin bridge and the iconic mother of pearl and black lacquer Regal name plate. As can be seen in the photos this rare ukulele is in beautiful original condition, it plays and sounds great.
