Maynard "Butch" McGhay 

Kamaka style 5 pineapple ukulele with abalone inlay serial # 13010 was purchased by Maynard "Butch" McGhay while in Honolulu Hawaii.   Butch was an Army firefighter stationed at Schofield Barracks.  He and his friends had a small band and as can be seen in the photo of the fret board, he played it a lot. The photo below shows Butch looking dapper and proud with his prized Kamaka Pineapple.
